Shipping & Returns

Shipping.- Orders placed on our site usually ship within 1-5 business days regardless of the shipment method chosen. Your order will be shipped through USPS. Please allow 3-5 days for your delivery to arrive. If you would like a different shipment or a RUSH order please email us and we will work with you. Due to pre-holiday and Spring shipping seasons, on occasion orders will run over 1-5 business days for shipment to occur.

Price Changes.-Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed within are for in stock items. Prices listed for special items (monthly specials) are for a specific time frame only and will not be extended. This time frame is preset at the start of the sale . Back orders on sales priced items or specially priced items are not accepted.

Tax.-Tax unless collected at time of the sale is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any export/import or duty tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not pre-collected by the company. Customer is responsible for all export/import and duty fees, and should check with their customs officials before ordering to estimate fees. We cannot reimburse or refund the customer, if they refuse these fees.

Terms of Payment.-Paypal is the option we provide. You can use the Paypal system to pay with a debit/credit card without having a Paypal account. If you would like to use a money order please email us.

Destinations.-Currently all orders will only be shipped to the United States.

Ordering.-All orders must be placed on line or by contacting us at 1-734-624-9866. If you are having any trouble navigating the site feel free to send us an email and we will place the order for you.

Returns.- Due to the nature of our products returns are not accepted.

Dearborn Everest Delivery.-If you are a student currently attending Everest institute in Dearborn I will deliver your oils directly to you. Simply let us know what teacher you have, what hours you attend class and select the proper delivery option. We deliver to the school every Thusday and Saturday. You can also place an order personally with Melissa at 1-734-624-9866.
